    Hello, Captains of Midgard!
    Natara is here.


    There was an issue where the auto participation and matching of the Guild Blitz did not function normally after last week’s server merge.


    Please note that we have fixed the issue.
    You’ll be able to normally play the Guild Blitz that has started today at 14:00 (UTC+9).


    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and we have prepared compensation for our Captains who could not participate normally in the Guild Blitz that was carried out after the server merge.


    We will work harder to provide a more comfortable environment for our Captains who enjoy Guild Blitz.
    Below are the details of the compensation.


    <Compensation Details>
    ◆ Compensation Target
        - Captains who participated in the Guild Blitz that was carried out on the first week of March


    ◆ Supply Period
        - Compensation is planned to be supplied accordingly after March 17th


    ◆ Compensation
        - Blitz victory reward depending on the total guild strength (in the first week of March)
        ※ Guilds who have participated in the Infinite Guild Blitz will be supplied with Infinite Guild Blitz Rewards as well.

      Hello Captains,

      Please note that the Guild Blitz compensation is being supplied accordingly to your Hunter Supply Station.
      We sincerely ask for your understanding that it might take some time for all of our Captains who participated in the Guild Blitz to receive the compensation through the Hunter Supply Station.
      We will check and supply the compensation thoroughly so that our Captains who should receive the compensation would receive it normally.

       

      We'd sincerely appreciate it if you could contact us through our "Support" page if you have any inquiries or questions.

      We will make sure to check it as thoroughly as possible.
