I'm here to introduce the changes to the Goal Achievement Package.
The Goal Achievement Package items can be received after achieving the designated level in the package. However, our Captains have told us that the current designated level is too high, making it less useful.
Thus, the below item receiving level changes will be made for the Goal Achievement Package:

Lowered Item Receiving Level from Level 5 to Level 3
- Goal Achievement Package 1 : Final Item Receiving Level - Level 30 -> Level 18
- Goal Achievement Package 2: Final Item Receiving Level - Level 60 -> Level 36
- Goal Achievement Package 3: Final Item Receiving Level - Level 90 -> Level 54
Please restart the game to receive the items according to the level changes for Captains who have purchased this package before.
