it's not his fault , the page doesn't refresh when they post. they can't tell if they posted or not because the page doesn't reload. this also occurs on replies when you post. you can see that the 1st reply you do doesn't work because you don't see it so you do it again until you realize you actually spammed.
I think it's a bug. not sure
