960 fuel is the most you can get from one purchase.
This is the same formula (16x base) for rupee purchases via manda or from tickets and with Fight Club Challenge Invitations. (80000 rupee's and 32 FC challenges respectively)
As for Windblade, as mentioned earlier, 4 star base hunters have higher stats than 3 star (and 2 and 1 star obviously) when built to a similar standard. This allows for greater performance in both PvE and PvP applications. Windblade especially has a very high kill potential with his 2nd, 4th, and 5th skills (stun on 2nd, immunity penetration and big defence down on 4th, and passive bleed on 5th). This allows him to easily dispatch most non-fire element hunters, and, with a bit of luck on his 4th activating, he can even one shot kill most non-tank, non-fire hunters in PvP.
Of course, building any hunter to a high enough strength can be expensive and also takes some luck aquiring the right jewels and equipment modification supplies as well.
But with Windblade and other 4 star natural hunters, you also have to take in for account their added rarity of being a 4 star base as well. While Windblade is fairly accessible now, and also one of the oldest 4 star natural hunters (both of which factor in for the high number of veteran players with T2 and T3 Windblade's), for newer players this is still a hurdle. He of course can be selected for recruitment once per month should you choose from your 28th day 4 star selection request. And his traces can also be bought from Mirage Shop on occasion. (Also you can also get lucky and simply pull him from a recruitment as well.)
Point is, Windblade is really good. But still rare for new players. At low Fight Club ranks, even a T0 or T1 Windblade that is well built can be very powerful. But he is still eclipsed by Bibi and even ChiChi at certain points as they are both also good and much easier to obtain as 3 star natural hunters.
But if you can build up a T2 or T3 Windblade, or even a T1 with max equipment, he can be devastating. -

4 speed + 2 attack is (or at least used to be) pretty standard for most attackers (and Dumble), so yes, that should be fine

idk and dont care. Pple can only use maximum 500 fuel one-go dispatch anyway.
Any extra fuel over that im not welcome. Wasting natural fuel regen by about 7-8hr.
2. About Wind-blade (and any other 4*.....)
- pros: he is a 4* > better base-stat than 3*
- cons: he is a 4* > cannot max-transc easily so his final stat wont be as much as a max-transc 3*
- why top tier use him a lot? Because he's good, so WHY NOT ????
