I have the first and currently only max trascendence Vincent of the English Community. I thought you guys would enjoy seeing his design and stats, so please have a look at him :)
He shares no recruitment message and has no fates with any other hunter. Also, as he's considered a special character, you cannot pull it from Legendary Selection (Rainbow) scrolls, and he has a Guru 3 reputation requirement to unlock.
