In my opinion for PvE I would prefer Joy and for PvP I recommend Akasha because she heal the hole team. Of course when you get them they're already 3* Hunter but Acerola is still very good 2* healer and she may be easier to transcend than Joy and Akasha -

The people saying bruce arw trolling btw. Akasha is the best for PvE and arena defebse due to her team heal, defense buff, and chance of immunity. Joy is the best for offensive teams in the arena due to her bonus crit and damage
