      Yes, do it. Max his 5th skill too. May wanna pair him up with Lantern, Diana or Joy for fun during PvP.

      I would save the funds for other hunters. I would say Karl is mid tier at the moment. Make sure you work on a healer like akasha, hermes, bombers such as lantern diana patrone, and nene or kain for tanks
