After being inactive for an entire year, I just recently have become active and I wonder, what happened to the chats? There used to be alot of friendly people and now the chat is a desolate wastland with no one chatting at all ever. Yes, I have read the forums in recent times, but most of them aren't that recent. I have been playing this game since 2017 by the way, but I'm not that active anymore.

Nazure pretty much stated what you needed to know. Helium update has been the worst one this game received so far, because it ruined one of the profit methods for people who liked saving fuel up and not dispatch every day.

About a week or so ago, there was a big snafu with fight club, and i think a lot of ppl quit. My ranking went from 1200 -> 3000 -> 600 without any real change in my behavior -
They changed fight club so people that didnt care about climbing their rank would get less free manda.

2/ about the liveless chat,
- sometime things just stop working randomly, required players to close & open apps again to fix it. I usually have random problem when trying to do guild chat, the cursor & text box just not appear 100% all the time when needed.
- many months ago, the game BluStone announced an update which introduce using Helium, instead of Normal Fuel, to do Hunter Search. Some people disliked this change back then. They got angry, quitted the game.
Chat felt less lively since then.
3/ the game, by now for me, has reached a state in which nothing much news to chat about. Cleared 500 stage xD
4/ try speak random things at channel 1, maybe u will find a reply then. Idk how things are in other channel though.
