Erise or Kain and Nene or Harley

I've been trying to decide who I should turn into a 5*.

I got Erise a little while ago and had been my Kain(transcended once). Which one is better as a lightning defense?

I've been using my Nene(transcended once) and got Harley this morning Who's better as a ice defense?
