Best line up for 450

What would be the best line up for 450 with calibur and lantern, I nearly got it but I cant get it under 60 seconds. Any hunters I should invest more in, my current line up is

Patrone
Octavia
Nene
Therapy or papillon

I have Genovia but not maxed and Harley but not maxed
