Genovia or Lyla & Lylia twins. need tips and recommendations

So I have a 4* selection and was debating on whether I should Pick Lily & Lylia Twins or Genovia

I also wanted to ask for Genovia's information about her skills and possible gem combinations for Genovia and How Strong is she compared to other Ice Frontline.
