first of all, sorry about my english is so bad.
I posted a article about 4 star request probability problem(https://bs.visualshower.com/forum_en/1293249)
Old 4star hunter appear more, and new 4star hunter appear less.
most of user think every hunter have same probabilty but it is not true.
we try to approve it, ask samples for using 4star request results.

My last 2 4* scrolls were Twins and Teresa from 2 days ago. So I'm guessing yeah old units has higher appearance than new ones heh :(
