nah…Vincent is special ver hunter.
he didn't have fate story bonus.
when you finish him be 5* hunter.
His bonus only have 16%.
no story, no fate. :(

I figured out what happened. I had him 5* and his fate was only 8%. What I needed to do was 5* captain as well. Once I did that Vincent fate went up to 16%
