Elisabeth listened if they were following her... Nothing. Elisabeth was still wondering if her mother would be okay...

(Elisabeth) What is my next move? The house is probably being monitored from the outside. I don't know how many men Mr.Bourton actually brought with him, so I can't bet on escaping that easily...

(Elisabeth) Maybe I can find some clues to why they are here in my father's office? Hopefully they haven't found it yet...

She finally reached the end of the staircase. In front was a moldy wooden door.

(Elisabeth) This door will lead me into the wine cellar. The wine cellar has a couple of possible paths I could take to navigate.

The first one to the left, led to the combustion room. The door to the right lead to an exit, that would take her down to the small river nearby.

The mansion was located on the border of a forest, and was situated fairly high up on a hill. The river ran down at the left side of the mansion, opposite to the forest.

(Elisabeth) I can't leave through here yet. Not until I find out what these people want...
