Whole screen went black in Event page

On July 21, I noticed a glitch in the Events page. When I try to enter the Events page, the whole screen went black. The glitch also happened on the Account Information and the Community pages. When I tried to look up the Forum in Google, it says that the page could not be reached. Was your server down, or is it my device?
